I did loose it today. I had 3 crackers with a TBS of cream cheese & then picked up a small bag of malted milk balls for the trip back home on the shopping bus. I WILL be exercising in the morning (over slept today).

Yesterday I was really challenged, but won. Because I'm doing more excerises, but drinking more water, I still find myself hungry all the time. And I was so tired this morning that I slept through my exercise hour. I started taking vitamins plus extra calcium + D about 3 days ago, so hopefully this will help.

21Jun10 - Writing down what I eat all day long is new to me. It did help me stay on track, because I didn't want to get caught eating something that I know is a no-no. I know what I'm suppose to eat & not eat, but sometimes get a little side tracked. Like when my Husband just made popcorn.
