Not the weight I wanted. But overall, I am pretty happy with the week. Maybe next week can be even better.

I know I shouldn't weigh myself everyday. But I was so bummed that I only lost two pounds last week that when I got on the scale this morning, I had to record this great number.
Especially since I doubt I will see it again this week. I am entertaining an out of town guest for work which means lunch and dinner out all week. I can feel the sodium build up.
I hope I can detox Sat - Mon and can hit a decent weight next week.

Okay, today was the first day back. Hit the gym and entered all my food in Fat Secret. A little high on the calories, okay on the carbs. Overall pretty happy.

I have to tell you all weight sucks. I was at 155 on Sunday last week. Completed my challenge with flying colors and walked a 1/2 marathon on Saturday. What do I have to show for it? a stinking tenth of a pound. That is .1 pounds. Really? Sometimes I wonder why I bother. Sigh.
I know it is good for me and health doesn't show up on the scale. It is still so depressing.
