Getting back on track with intermittent fasting.
Additional notes / thoughts:
-Trying to keep calories under 1500/day for next two weeks
*Keep most of foods high in protein for minimal muscle loss
*Try to discipline myself and use fruit as cheat meals
*Continue to drink plenty of water

Upper Body training (going for bigger upper body)
-increased calories to try to increase upper body mass [experimentation].
-If unable to build mass at least maintain current muscle mass / strength while continuing to burn fat.
