i am doing my best to follow every thing as closely as possiable ,i find that i am getting better each time or as each day goes by writin every thing day starting to see what my weak points are or areas ,which seem to be helping me aot ,this can work

i need a change i have just realize that when i am bored angry or pissed off like now i eat a lot at least i am doing my best to watch what i eat and how much of it

why do i keep doing it i just broke my promise and eat some cake back to the beginning again or work extra hard at the gym

today i overslept so had to catch bus and miss the gym unfortunately it felt good sleeping in my body feels good for doing it

just force my self to ride the 11 miles to work and i stop by the gym for half a hour now if i could just force myself to stay away from junk food it would be great but at least i am getting better at saying no to junk food slowly
