I brought some delitious, homegrown beans with me from my holiday, and now I'll be eating Jota (read Yota) every day while supplys last :D
So tasty, and incredibly low on calories!
Note thay Im not a big fun of beans, but I loooove this :)

In the last two weeks I let myself go a bit.. I had one gym session and then holiday. on holiday there was no exercise apart from walking (8k-12k steps a day), food was very calorie and not much nutrient dense, and I did not count my calories or worry about that.
For the last three days I brought my eating back on track but had zero movement. I literally spent days on my sofa recovering from the overstimulation I experienced during my holiday.. all in all, it could be much worse 🤣 I'll try and get back into the good habits this week!

Today's lunch and snack
LUNCH: pasta + chickpea with onion, garlic, turkey rashers and mushrooms. Made sauce of aquafaba, peanut butter and spinach + seasonings and nutritional yeast
(just realised it sounds grose :D but tasted great I promis :))
