Interview felt good today- lets hope good things come out of it- think it would be a good fit for me - should find out next week

I am little bummed- tomorrow is weigh in day and I am two pounds up from a week ago- been eating great but it is trying to get in a workout that I am really just slacking on- heavy sigh, I know what works but it is getting enough time in the day to do it- I hate getting up at 5 to workout and when I get home I simply don't have time with 2 kids a house and a husband- but I got to get something to work- this isnt-

I am thinking of fasting tomorrow- 24 hours, starting tonight- think it will be easier being at work with tons to do and no kids telling me they want me to cook all day- sounds good- think I have already talked myself into it

Leg is feeling better today- think I will walk on the treadmil at lunch- get it moving slowly again- that part doesn't really hurt- it is squats that I can't do- so I will stay away from that for now- I have gained a pound so far this week which is in the wrong direction- got to at least break even by Thursday (weigh in day)
