I would love to think that I could reward myself with a bit of chocolate but I don't want to sabotage my success and Atkins is fairly strict about sugar. I doubled up my water (still not at 8 glasses a day) but wow it really helped!

Here we go ... really started last Tuesday, cheated Thursday as I had a dinner for Daughter and Husband as they headed out for their honeymoon, then got back on track Saturday but essentially am starting fresh now.
