Got a new haircut today... think I look pretty good here, lol :D Yay for starting 2011 looking and feeling good. Also, working out on my Wii again. Love it! (And dancing)

So yeah, definitely not working out tonight. My legs are VERY sore. Went for a walk down at the res... ~30 mins... average walking speed... but it hurt. I think a day off and doing one tomorrow even though I'm not scheduled, will be better for my muscles.

Well I started my Wii Active workouts on Sunday. I tried to set up the schedule to be like Sunday/Monday then Wednesday/Thursday... or, wait... Saturday I started it... and I wanted to work out on Saturday, but it didn't let me. So, I had a "trainer-created" workout that was about 30 mins, then yesterday I started the Wii Active 3 week Cardio boost... the workouts are short, ranging from about 20 mins to 30 mins on the last day... so, after this, I'm starting the challenging 9 week program. Honestly, it's been a few months or at least a month since I've worked out, and I need to get back into it slowly, I proved that to myself cause I'm SORRREEE!!! Ah well. I'm pretty sure I have a workout scheduled tonight... butttt... if I don't, then I'm just gonna chill out, let my legs recover, cause man, kickups and even just plain running yesterday, those muscles were killing me!!
I've been doing pretty decent on my calorie breakdown between fat/protein/carbs, but I feel like I eat a lot in the middle of the day, then I'm hungry at night but don't have a lot of calories left. Tonight when I'm hungry I'm grabbing veggies. I'm forcing myself to do that. I have been avoiding snacking on veggies for sweets, and I want to change that.

ACK, The holidays! I know it's no excuse, but I was still struggling with being "way up" on the scale, and now it's my TOM. I've been trying hard to get back on track, however my parents are in town and I don't have as much time to grab the computer and record my food, and for some stupid reason the app for FS doesn't work on my stupid BB... (which I want to get rid of).
However, my size 4 jeans still fit (as well as the size 5's, lol), and I don't feel too bad, but I know that I was still up a little bit last time I weighed in (but under my goal weight still). I got the new EA Active 2, and my parents are leaving Wednesday so I'll be starting that workout then. Will be back on track.
Actually signing my mom up for this site right now. :D
