Looking back at where I was last August with 43 lbs to go and this morning 27 lbs to go. I am almost 1/2 way there !

I did not wake up early to exercise yesterda yand today but hoping to make up over the weekend. I have been doing better with my diet though. Still having a couple of healthy snacks inbetween meals but I am confident I can do better over the next coming weeks,

I have tried a veggie smoothie and a fruit smoothie over the weekend - It went pretty well ! I think I will be having more of those.
I got 45 mins walking yesterday and 35 minutes walking this morning. I also did 10 mins of light weights.
I have made a commitment to myself to try to have cereal and milk for breakfast everyday and try to eat oats for dinner. This will help me stay focus and not have junk.
My biggest challenge right now is to cut out the unhealthy snacks, the cookies, chips, chocolate, ice cream etc
Only trying to snack on fresh fruits and veggies.
