Day 1 version 2
I fell off the wagon the past two days. Here I am again, getting up and trying!
Breakfast today. Egg, tomato, cucumber, cling peach and rooibos tea with no sugar.
What other protein that is not processed can I add to my breakfast?

Trying and failing. Getting up again, trying and failing. Just keep doing it. I wanted to stop smoking cigarettes. I stopped and started NINE times before it eventually stuck...
Point is. Keep going. Never accept a hiccup in the road as defeat. Eventually you will reach the point where...it..will..stick..
You can do this!

Good morning to day 5. Almost a week in and feeling hopeful that I am down from the 90kgs I was the day after Christmas. Weigh in is in three days. I want to exercise but in a way that feels refreshing and safe. I cannot walk around my area, it's too dangerous. Any ideas?
