I have been following pretty well and trying my best. I feel that my period is now over so hopefully my body is getting back to normal. I actually weighed myself today and it said 104, but I am reluctant to actually record that because it seems too good to be true..so I settled on 104.4 and if for the next two days I can hold onto 104 then I will record it. I also discovered a delicious spicy hummus...I am all about it!!

I have been making better choices and truly have been sticking to my calorie intake...today I went for a walk/jog for over 2.5 miles...it felt really good. I hope to continue to lose weight even if it is just a couple of ounces at a time.

I weighed myself today and I dropped two pounds. I have been sticking to my diet so I am happy to see that number. I get my hair colored today so I think I will feel a lot better about myself when its done.

Starting again to drop the weight. I ideally want to lose 10 lbs but I think I would be happy just with the five or six...It is just so hard when it is such a small amount...
Also for anyone out there...How should I be cutting calories when I already eat pretty decently..Well maybe I don't eat that well, but I rarely eat fast food, only drink water, don't like things like potato chips or mayo...I feel like all of those things are things people say to cut back on, but I already don't eat those things..

I am trying to just make better food choices. Right now I am back to tea in the morning and trying to incorporate more veggie, fruit and nuts...I am hoping that by doing that I will be filling up on the right things instead of the bad.
