Met friends at a wonderful breakfast spot: Lenny's who serve assorted pastries along with the breakfast. Took a few little bites but managed to stick with a reasonable choice otherwise. Taco Night @ the Moose...no shell tho so strictly taco beef, tomatos, olives, peppers, salad...yum! Then top it off with a little dancing.

Had a so so day. Didn't fall off the wagon but had lots of cravings. Didn't exercise as much as should've. Really do need to move more.

It's a beautiful sunny day. I think I'll add to my exercise by walking down to the pool, swimming 50 laps...maybe top the day off with a bike ride or some more dancing.
Well, didn't swim (got into a conversation instead) and didn't dance (hubby didn't want to go out)...fell asleep on the couch. Disappointed...should have gotten changed and gone to the gym!

Feeling slimmer - is that possible? Looking a WEE bit svelte in the tummy! Very encouraged to keep at this! Making it a habit to log on daily.
