Dry fried mushrooms and scrambled egg with a cheeky bit of ham for extra protein. Even got a bit of butter in the eggs and still under 300 cals.

I’m genuinely OK with this. It’s been 6 months since I weighed and I knew I’d put a few kilos on. Actually just stepping on the scales is a relief because I’d been hiding from it - things have been pretty tough the last 6 months. This isn’t disastrous. Two years ago I was 20kg heavier than this. That’s pretty much 3 stone. I’m fit and strong and ready to hold myself to account again with bad snacking habits. See you next Thursday for a drop 😀🤞💪🏼
