Okay! Let's do this:
Each day: exercise at 24 hour fitness each day for one hour
Each day: record exercise and foot entries
Avoid eating at night-eat apple sauce at night-no cereals
Walk at 2 pm each day with Liz for 15 minutes

really feeling sluggish today. I got sick after lunch and went home and did not exercise. I am going to bed early and go to the gym in the morning
