Two days ago we had a cold snap in Ontario. I was wearing my Roots jacket that my husband bought me two years ago for Christmas, and my son asked, "is that the roots coat." "Yup" I replied. "Hmmm I thought that didn't fit." he said. "Well it does now so I am going to wear it a lot." And then ..... "Mom, I am so proud and impressed, it is actually a little big. You are doing an amazing job." I just wanted to cry. Who says teenagers are awful? I can't get enough of mine.

I eat a lot of nuts. With salt. I am sure that this is part of the problem with my inability to lose a consistant amount of weight. This is such a slow process sometimes I get discouraged. I have noticed a bit of a gain on my scale and this is probably water retention from all the salt. I really need to plan my food better instead of getting too hungry and eating snacky foods. All the foods I eat are approved, but I need to limit the sodium, and drink more water. Processed foods in general are garbage. When I am in a hurry it seems okay to eat the hickory salted almonds, or peanuts, or pepperettes. But truthfully it is killing my diet.
More planning+less junk= WEIGHT LOSS!!!!
THis is my new moto!! Words to live by for the rest of my life.

My wieght is up and down, and all around. Ha I don't want to be a round!!! Not sure what to make of this.
I made sugar free ice cream yesterday, that might have attributed to the gain I noticed on my scale this morning. I will wait a couple of days and try again. I didn't record it so as not to mess with my time line.

Working so much. I don't have time to log my food or get to the gym. I actually put my membership on hold. This 4:30 am is kicking my butt. I am not getting home until 7pm most nights. Just time to eat sleep and start over. I am defs feeling my age right now. 70 hours a week is too much for this old lady lol.
