Will I ever make it to where I want to be? I seem to be healthy and of sound mind for a 69 yr old. I am overweight and have incurred diabeties, high blood pressure, neuopothy the things that heavy people get.
I don't seem to have staying power when it comes to living a healthy life style. There it is !! Not a diet to just lose weight and get rid of the medication. It must be a life style change.
Must get the power within me to work along with my mind. Mind over matter. Eating at night after 6 or 7 is a no no, but the advertisements of food seem to over power me with a trip to the kitchen when I am not even hungry...............OMGosh !! I am a weak minded person. OK, there is my own personal goal. Power up my mind to overcome suggestions from outer sorces.
