I'm baaaccckkk! LOL! I have been of plan for a while. Too long. My son just started school and now that we are on a routine, I need to get back on track. I feel like crap and I am the biggest mom in my son's class. NO MORE! I dont ever want to hear the words "Mommy, how come you are bigger than Lukas' mommy?" ugh Gut wretching.

Why is it always so hard to get back on track after you go off plan for a while. I was off for a week. Now I WANT to go off just to get some of those terrible (but yummy nonetheless) foods.
I really need to go to the grocery store. I have NO, and I mean NO, fresh veggies at all. I should have gone a week ago but I just havent felt well at all. Today all I have is a headache but I think thats cause my ponytail is too tight. LOL
IMHO it is so much easier to eat like crap when you feel like crap. LOL

I was really really concerned the past couple weeks about my son starting Pre-K. Not cause I would miss him, not cause he would miss me, but because of the CUPCAKES!! I can go without bread and pasta, but sweets are the DEVIL!
Last night we went to our first Parent/Teacher meeting and they informed us that the school has changed its policy on snacks and birthdays. NO MORE SWEETS! YEAAAAA! Not only do I not have to see them in my son's backpack, I don't have to make them for birthdays and holidays!!! They have switched to small party favors and stickers instead of sweets! So proud of our school for taking one step in the right direction to keep our kids (and me) healthy!!!

I dont know if its cause TOM is here or what, but I am having MAJOR Atkins flu symptoms. Terrible headaches, and leg cramps. I have had some broth already and that helped a little with the headaches, but the leg cramps are terrible still.
Is there a maximum amount (in oz) of broth that I can have a day. Mine is homemade chicken with plenty of salt.
I NEED to get on the treadmill, but feel like napping....blah....

Had a really rough week. Tons of company and hubby was on vaca from work. Ate like an a$$. Back on track today, hubby is back at work and company is gone. Now if the kids sniffles would go away we would have a great week!
