Hola! Primera vez escribiendo ya que estoy en un dilema y también me molesté un tanto al notar los cambios.
Alguien podría ayudarme? La semana pasada baje 800 gr. Esta semana me pesé y subí esos 800 gr. mas 1 kilo. Ya estoy haciendo más cardio y bajé mi ingesta de carbohidratos de 1,600 aprox. a 1,400, también aprox. Alguien me puede explicar!?
Quiero dar a notar que es muy padre leer y ver sus avances, me ayudaron a descubrir eso de los ayunos, cosa que no sabía qué existían.
