never hated a weekend so much. a week of efforts ruinned in 2 days. im really displeased with myself.......

yesterday's gym class wasnt too demanding yet I could feel all my energy draining and felt exhausted afterwards. I was sittibg home and lacked the strenght to even put some fruit in my mouth. it was horribly cold also.
I woke up agortly after middnight with a slight stomachache and I gave up to an unhealthy habit: weighting myself at night. I was so tired from dieting and exercising I was sure it wasent going to be like the day before and the scale was gonna point at least the same weight than in the morning. WRONG!! It pointed out 53.7!!! argh!! I went back to bed feeling awfull. yet today the scale dropped to 52,7kg! yeay! i was soooo happy.
today the gym was closed and I spent the day studying, so I skept lunch. my stomach wad closed early mirning so only for dinner I actually planned a meal... sort of saying. I had a few tangerines and 2kiwi. and some gelo. I feel stuffed I dont know how... actually, i wasnt hungry at all the whole day. what I got was only bwcause "it was there"
i have plenty of salad in the fridge which I must eay before it rottens. that'll be tomorrow for me.
so far once again I've fauled to not weight myself twice in a day and I stepped in. 52,7kg, the same than in the morning wich makes me fear that the scale might turn around and give me a rising weight tomorrow. I often have the idea I dont gain weight the very same day after I exceed in my calorie intake but a few after. so Im everytime scared that might be tomorrow, and that would be awfull... Um finally making peogress here!

I did what I shouldnt have done and weighted again before going to bed. Grrrrr! Im pissed!!! less than 1000 cals, all veggie and fruits, almost doubled than with exercise and yet Im weighting almost a pound more since this morning.
I really hope is just all the water I drank at the gym.
