I know this looks gross, but it tastes great! 1 can of tuna, 1/2 avocado, juice of 1/2 lime, 3 baby pickles, and salt to taste. The pickles give me that crunch that I miss so bad from junky potato chips, and the lime is such a nice tang!

Hey fam. What's your advice for how you psych yourself up for exercise when you REALLY DON'T WANT TO, like the amount of self-loathing is so great you can't even stand to be active because of all the...gulp...fat touching itself...ughhhhhh.
Also, best motivators for making good food choices when the amount of self-loathing is so great you just want to screw it and give up and be out of shape forever because it's easier than trying and you're afraid to fail.
I know my wording sounds bleak, but I want to get out of the rut and that's why I'm asking :)

New nightly routine: 10pm tea time
Any one have any other tips for healthy digestion? I drink loads of water and take daily fiber and magnesium supplements already, but aforementioned stress just keeps slowing me down in that department :(

Ugh. Made a move recently and the stress just makes me eat with reckless abandon. Doing a Whole30 in April which should help. I hate being a follower, but I really do want to try Alexis Ren's YouTube workouts here and there. Spring means more walks too, so activity levels will go up. Maybe someday I'll get where I want, maybe someday I'll like what I see in the mirror.
btw: officially allergic to milk and have a slight intolerance to gluten or whatever the heck they put in bread these days. Life is sad without bread and cheese :(

Fell off the Whole30 wagon a couple of times, but I make sure that when I do I pay attention to my calorie intake. So far so good! My cousin is coming to stay with me for the week so I need to recommit myself to eating clean so I don't totally pig out with her. Just 1 more pound to go before the end of the month!!
