Help, I get up at 4 am for work and I need something that I can eat easily that doesn’t require a lot of prep work because I rarely get a chance to heat anything up. I work in a busy medical lab and I’m on call for biopsy procedures and can’t leave the lab. Does anyone have any suggestions? My lunch break isn’t until 12:00. I’m starving before that time comes and I’ll grab something unhealthy to “tide me over” until lunch. Co-workers tend to bring in cakes and doughnuts and it’s so tempting to indulge - especially when you 5 or more hours without eating.
