I did it! I lost over a kilo and got to under 100 before the end of the year, I was in maintenance there for over a month, and I decided to increase my fasting window just to give my body a bit of change. I haven't been exercising consistently unfortunately so that's a mew habit to focus on now. Next goal is 95 kg. Small increments for celebrating success works best!

I had a rough week last week with my diet, I had covid and I didn't pay attention to my normal healthy intake. buuuut, I kept up with a slightly lower fast just to try maintain... still got a loss! I'm so close to the next milestone of 99kg!!

Surprised I've even made a loss to be honest. definitely overate over the long weekend, but kept it keto mostly. I haven't been able to move because of my back injury, so every loss is a good win.

consistency, I've had a bad back injury the last week, so walking has taken a step back, but my 16:8 fasting is still on track. Still eating keto...still feeling confident!
