Week three of semaglutide and I've gained 4.5 lbs back of the 6.5 I lost in the first two weeks. I'm constantly starving all the time, I never feel full and I want to eat everything in sight. I never felt this way before starting the semaglutide. I have never had a problem with overeating until I started using this drug. It seems to be working against me now. What a complete waste of $175 🤬 Guess I'm just destined to be fat and disgusting for the rest of my life. I hate myself so much.

Down four lbs in my first week of semaglutide! My weight fluctuates five lbs up or down so I'm not letting myself get too excited. I should know after a month if it's actually the semaglutide at work. I haven't had any side effects yet either. Fingers crossed 🤞

First semaglutide injection today! I have three friends on it and two of them love it. The other friend isn't impressed with it. We'll see where I fall 🤷‍♀️
