i missed weighin last week, and just thought i was doing pretty good, weeellll, looks like i was WRONG! looking back over the last 2 weeks, okay, okay, so the cupcakes, multiples, the eggs benedict, the fries, soy sauce etc. it's a good thing it was only 3 lbs. I am getting back up on the healthy eating horse i seemed to have fallen off. next week, back on track. gotta go, my oatmeal is ready!

around a pound, seems right on track for a week.

i am just slowly making the changes i need to make for a slow and steady weight loss. i didn't put it on overnight so i don't expect to lose it over night.i've started eating fruit, which i have not done in years, and i am dropping the rice, and potatoes for an extra helping of vegetables, and i enjoy it! not giving up my red wine.exercise 6 days a week, and finally getting in somes workouts with weights.

i did keep exercising but noticed a less intensity week, i need to step it up a bit, and hit the weights. next week will be a hit!
