So I have come to a realization that I have an energy drink addiction...I have got to once again detox my body from them..This is worse than it ever has been.I have been using them as a supplement but it's not good at all ..When I find myself craving them in the middle of the night and early in the morning...I have to stop and this one is gonna be really hard but I just have to be strong

So I have been fasting on breakfast and sometimes lunch and just juicing, water or energy detox drinks...I I'm doing good...I have lots of energy.I haven't been that hungry lately either

Today I'm fasting because I have had a very poor diet lately..I have also been over indulging late at night and having to many bread carbs...I'm not gonna get down on myself or get upset because I chose to do it and I just have to suck it up and take the control back..I've gotta get back on that horse lol...I'm proud of myself because I have lost almost 20 lbs and I'm not gonna lose sight of that or let anything get in my way

Oh how I have been craving freshly squeezed juice..I created an energizing blend and its sweet and very good tasting... 4 carrots, 4 radishes, 1 large pink lady apple and 2 small fuji apples
