A word about the Biggest Loser Cardio Max and Power Sculpt DVD workouts: Kicking-my-Butt! I am not being paid for this commercial, but DUDE I can't recommend these suckers enough! I have gained a pound that is probably muscle because I have ached regularly 2 days after each workout and I was getting so flabby before this. I am looking forward to getting stronger everyday as I alternate these workouts. And they are so cool my husband is even joining me in the morning! How cool is that? This week I move up to the 3 week Cardio which is 40 min, I am still in the 2nd week for Power Sculpt (Cause I only bought it last week). I will have these for local peeps to borrow after I'm done with 6 weeks of this, so let me know if youse are interested.

Ugh! Just when I get started again I get sick. I started up again with a cold and that pretty much went away (although I lost my voice in the process I got it back) now everyone in my house has the stomach flu. I cant work out, I cant eat right! This is awful!
I am giving myself time to recover, but I'm feeling the time crunch because my "goal date" is October 23rd and that is sooo soon! I really hope to be back to normal ASAP!

today is a test for writing down everything I eat. This summer I was very lax in writing things down, exercising regularly, and generally "following the program." BUT I maintained my existing weightloss, which is saying something! So starting tomorrow, I'm getting ready for disney. I'm doing the "biggest loser" cardio max and power sculpt dvds on alternating days. and I'm drastically reducing the junk food intake especially at night.
Last night I had a vanilla cupcake, which i regret. Now I am putting everyhing in my food journal, I am hoping that will embarrass me out of doing that again! Right now it looks like fat secret's database of food isnt working, but I will keep trying.

woo! Im off the platau! I didnt weigh in last week because I was the same weight. Nice getting started AGAIN, with exercise class last night and my 2 mile walk this morning. My allergies keep me from wanting to exercise, but when I do exercise, my symptoms improve. I really have to remember that and get moving!
The big motivation this week is thinking of my vacation (the one that is my goal reward for all this work, and my celebration of my 10th anniversary with Dan). I bought the plan tickets to Disney World!!!! We're really going to go!!!! Now when I exercise in the morning Im thinking about how each day on my 5 night/ 6 day trip, I will be waking up early and lacing on these (or newer) walking shoes to walk those super-fun parks. Im going to buy myself a cool outfit (in my goal size when I get there) and have Dan take my picture in front of the Eiffel Tower :) I just cant wait!!!!
So my mini goal this week: to lose one more pound. I will attempt this by walking every morning and not eating after 7pm (with the exception of the 4th of July, when I will be SMART about what I eat).
