WELL today was the day.
I did so well, I did not have any sweets except sugar in my coffee.
So I didn't crave more food or sweets.
Yesterday was a really bad day but today was a new day.
I didn't give up but kept going forward.
I am truly happy about that.
It's important to never give up but to just dust yourself off and keep going from where you left off.

I lost 2 pounds when I weighed myself today.
I also did worse today with my eating.
I changed it yesterday back to 1500 but eat today 2052.
Not good, to much stress, need to really fight this.
I have a problem with emotional eating, it's something that I have to deal with. Not to allow the things that happen get me down. When I eat to much, it affects my stomach which is no good.

Had company, I went over by 102.
2071, I went over by 71 to maintain my weight as is.
I started taking my 1700 but then it went over board.
Still will try harder tomorrow
I was taking 1700 but changed it as of today for 1500
