Okay. I've not been following the plan quite right. I'm on Phase 3 - no sugars or starches phase of the HCG Diet. First I had pizza toppings and I realized later that I probably ate a lot of sugar in the sauce. Plus, I went ahead and ate one whole slice of thin crust so I got starch there. Then I realized I'd been eating a lot of steamed carrots and those are starchy. I also had some thin mint cookies from a box of Girl Scout cookies the first two days. I didn't think it'd matter.
So, now that I'm 3 pounds up from my LDW of 126.0, I'm going back to Atkins Induction for a few days to get my weight back down. I don't want to lose the progress I've made and I don't want to go back on HCG for another round.

This is my end weight for right now. I know I had set my goal for 121, but I'm happy with this weight since my body got reshaped by the HCG. I may go for another 5 pounds off in a couple months with spring and summer coming on.

I haven't weighed in for awhile. It's a long story, but I finished one round of HCG and then failed to do the maintenance I was supposed to (No sugars or starches for 3 weeks.) There are a number of reasons why I didn't, but none of them are good ones. Anyway, I'm on round 2, Day 10 today and I'm back at 129. It took me 10 days to get back to where I was the last time I ended. At least I should be moving down from here into the home stretch.!

Not doing so well. I'm cheating too much and my weight has gone up almost two pounds. Tomorrow, I'll have to be very strict and just do mostly protein. Cut out the cheesecake and anything sweet. (It is an Atkins friendly cheesecake.) Oh well. I've got to get serious. I tasted freedom and went too far with it. :)
