mau tnya misalnya klo sy olahraga cuma klo lg ada wktu luang aja jd ga teratur gt (maklum ngurus ank sndri "),jd itung bmr dan tdee nya gmn ya? pke sedentary aja kah? trus klo lg olga tinggal ditambah jatah kalori hariannya atau gmn ya? yg tau tlg pecerahannya ;)
