After looking at my diet and the changes I had instilled, I noticed that I was falling short of the calories that I was supposed to have each day. So, I am eating fairly "normal" foods. I have Healthy Choice dinners at work, eat jars of Dole fruit, and then my pizza and such. I even have cookies (oreos) or some fast food and a coke every now and then.
I like it this way. :)

So.. I'm going to attempt to continue without entering food and exercise in this site for awhile. I'm pretty sure I have a handle on what I'm doing, now to see if I can do it without thinking about it. :)
Wish me luck.
P.S. Everyone's weight fluctuates. Monday mornings I weigh 4 lbs heavier than I do on Friday mornings.. If you are active every day, you will continue to lose/maintain the weight. When you veg out, you will gain weight.
