Back at it full force now. I was diagnosed with high cholestrol at 18 and now I was put on a mild medication for the next 6 weeks to see if it brings it down.

Was very busy yesterday work 7.5 hours, then took down all the Christmas decorations. We ate junk food last night and I recorded it all shamefully and then proceed to drink a bottle Moscato by myself. I only went over my calorie intake by 3 points though Woo Hoo!! I guess I knew I was gonna be bad.

I have a very busy week ahead of me but I am very happy so far with my weight lose let's hope it keeps up!!

So sick yesterday! That is where the weight loss came in. alot better today but still this horrible headache and chest cold.
