This weekend I got the AirClimber...i love that thing! I hope it works like it says it does...i did the workout twice and it gets my heart rate up...we will see...it has to be better than doing nothing right?!

Today is my first day off- will not work for the next two weeks. This can really work in my favor if I stay focused on beating marburg (j/k)! Seriously, this past week was the test for me. There were all kinds of foods and sweets all around me, and I didn't give in. Protein was made by God...sugar and bread- the devil!!! haha I will probably be going out to eat a lot while I am off, but I will ask for the nutrition guides or plan what I will order ahead of time. I plan to get to the gym in the morning...or if the weather permits-go for a jog...I have a two mile route!
