34 years old female, slowly putting on weight after having a desk job the last 5 years. Was typically slim with a jiggly tummy and now I’m trying to get healthier and more active to help improve my mood and confidence.
SW 139 lbs, GW 125 lbs (but more concerned with looking toned and muscular than that actual weight number)
I’m 5’3” and aiming for approximately 1250 calories a day: 43g fat, and around 100g each of carbs and protein.
I have a trip to Hawaii in 10 weeks that is helping to motivate me.
