I was planning on running this morning, but my calf is still bothering me. I'm going to rest it a few more days. So I worked out in my garage and at the same time worked on getting some new exercise combinations for my clients. I worked out for about an hour. then I had to stop. I got really nauseous. I think it was the combination of the heat and my IF (intermittent fasting). I've got to remember to not to push myself so hard. Now that I'm inside...im feeling a lot better. So it was the heat. How the heck am I going to train for this marathon? I guess my body will acclimate. Well at least I hope so.

I haven't weighed, yet.

I'll be back to post my numbers.
