I've done it. At 45 years old I thought my goal was too ambitious. 54.9 lbs lost from 01/03/2024 actually surpassing my goal.

No drugs, no supplements, no steroids. Just discipline which gave way to consistency and sacrifice.

but you know what.... NOW IT'S TIME TO GO HARDER... IT'S NOT TIME TO GET COMFORTABLE!!! I'm coming for greatness
