I didn't have a good week and I've been fairly pissed off the whole week. I've let myself slack and that will not damn happen again. Hitting the gym uP for the regular 3 hours .... no slack. :/

Didn't do great this week! I worked out constantly like normal it just wasn't a great week. I'm okay and I'm starting to lose inches again!! YAY ME. Let's do it!!
