Rode 16 miles, performing personal errands, and fasted until a little before 1900 because I went off the rails with my caloric intake last night. 18% is still 18% and I'm still concerned that eating 3600 calories of food equals one pound of fat. Need to take in more protein. Also 30 minutes before I ate, my blood sugar was 77.

Visiting Exit 117 had me go over my calories on Friday.
Sunday, I got a shock from eating a big breakfast at Betty & Nick's. Ended up being 1800+ calories. At the boardwalk, I went to Kohr's and got some ice cream treat with bits of Reese's Pieces in it.
If I broke even (3200 cal) on Sunday, I'll be happy. Otherwise I need to mind my P's and Q's or begin exercising more.

holy mackerel, my usual breakfast is two hard boiled eggs, a banana and a toasted english muffin with butter. the only thing i ate so far today were two peanut butter sandwiches. their calorie count is a shade less than breakfast.
