Boa tarde! Estou retomando os treinos aos poucos, já fiz várias dietas mirabolantes, porém quando parava alimentação voltava comendo o triplo e engordando muito mais, pesava 49 kg e hoje estou com 66kg, , não tenho vontade de me vestir de sair arrumada, mas desde ontem voltei a treinar em casa fazendo exercícios aeróbios e pulando corda, assim que chegar no 60 kg volto para academia. se você puderem ajudar com palavras de incentivo ficarei grata. É difícil lutar sozinha nessa caminhada árdua. se alguém souber algo que eu possa usar no café para tirar açúcar, pois não consigo tomar café ainda sem o açúcar
