Really bad day yesterday....stress eating. Ate about 7 cookies and had a glass of wine. Today is a new day and I'm going to try my best to stay within my daily calories. I'm going to be eating out for lunch and dinner today and I haven't eaten out in a long time. Blah.

Haven't seen the scale move for 3 days now. I had been losing a little bit every day for a while and now for 3 days I've been stuck at 137.5. I was hoping to be 135 by the time we left for vacation in 3 days but doesn't look like that's going to happen. Oh well, I'm just hoping I can stay disciplined during vacation and not gain.
