Havent weighed myself but I feel i've gained. Not too happy since i've cut down considerably on the amount that I eat and I drink water only, besides milk in the am. I have to weigh myself tomorrow morning to see.

So literally all ive been drinking is WATER! decided to have a coffee this morning...used to be a major routine every morning (along with my cigarettes), but i quit the coffee, ciggs, and soda. Ive noticed my stomach doesnt get as bloated or hurt as much as before. My jeans are loose!!! I guess I can use it as an excuse to buy new cloths lol. 2 more days 'til I weight in...we'll c how that scale looks Sunday morning.

So I had actually started my diet 2 weeks ago this past Monday, but only came across the calorie counter app when I got my new phone. Found out that the app was linked to fatsecret n voila! So I weighed myself last Sunday, n I lost 4lbs...weigh in is Sunday again,let's see where I am.
