Hi Fatsecret Buddies

I have been quiet, I know but I am back on my journey as I have been given a deadline to reach 75kgs by 20 November or else I must pay R800 per month for the rest of my life. Firstly, I don't want to burden myself with debt and this is motivation enough to do this. I want to and I can. Watch this space..... eek!

Hi Buddies

I am so embarrassed. I am fatter and don't even know what it is to go 2 hours without something to eat. What is happening to me. Why is the need to eat all the wrong foods so comforting. I need motivation to get serious about losing weight.
