I am having a case of the Februarys. I know… it’s still January. I am not a fan of winter. Too often my motivation simply disappears when the cold weather moves in. Hoping for an early spring. Really, really hoping. The birds outside my window this morning had me fooled until I actually got out from under the covers. Grrrr or should I say brrrr? I did manage a little cardio today – if you can even call it that. The important thing was that I was moving. I kept my calories around 1200 today, but the night is young...

No mindless snacking this week and healthy meal choices. Woo hoo! I think I was too busy to snack with the new semester starting. With the changes in my schedule, I did not exercise enough. I need to work exercise into my schedule again. I know the time is here somewhere... I will find it! :)
