Lost weekend. Start out day ok - then down the tubes. Monday is a holiday, but I'll be working. So I WILL be good. Not weighing in -don't want to get depressed today!

Not believing the scale. Will probably be up tomorrow. Wasn't very good yesterday. Over my 20 net carbs. Just have to "weight" and see.

Back down to where I was a few days ago. So ashamed weight went back up (I know why - bad choices). Then I realized I was only fooling myself by not posting. "If I don't post it - it's not there", Pretty stupid, huh?

Will be faithful to posting and recording all my ups and downs. Not everyone will lose every day. I just have to keep this in mind.
