I realized today that as long as I am trying hard to lose weight with diet and exercise I should be happy with what is going on with my body. It is going to take more than a month to get off what I have put on within the years. It is going to take more than a month to get off what I have put on within the years. All I am saying is that when I get to my goal weight and tone my body the way I dream, I am going to send my naked pictures into Playboy!

In the duration of the time that I have been on South Beach phase1 I feel like I am not losing the amount I did before. I am concerned that I am doing something wrong. I might be eating too much cheese-but before that was not a problem. I am a little discouraged because I was banking on getting down to 130lbs or at least around there before I have to see my ex-boyfriend in a bikini on the 25th of this month. I know I still have a week and a half but I am not sure what I should change. It would be fantastic if I can reach that goal and feel confident whent the time comes around because he is probably the main reason why I have been carrying extra weight for a couple of years. To be honest, I am kind of scared to see him because he has an amazing body and I am heavier now (I was 127ish) then when we were going out. He even warned me back then about 3-4 years ago that if I did not change my eating habits I would gain weight. Unfortunately he was right-that bastard.

Today I had an official weigh in and I weighed more than I did yesterday. That is probably what I get for having a cold stone sinless last night-whoops! I am trying not to be discouraged because even though my weight is fluctuating, I am building muscle and toning. I just feel like my 125lb. goal seems further away from me today but I just need to be consistent and keep on truckin'!

I weighed 138 this morning and even though I was at 140 last night it was after I ate dinner and other stuff. 138 is more accurate and here goes another day towards my goal!
