Thank you all for the kind words...I appreciate them and you know it hit me like a Big Mac...I am back on the market and at 38, I need to compete with the pretty little people...Back on track! No more bad eating and 45 minutes of anger exercise helps!
Now, if anyone knows any single men (must be gay!), send them my profile!

I am detecting some stress eating or no eating in my future. Jim and I have decided that we may be better apart than together. I have left our house and trying decide where to go and what to do from here. I am very sad right now, but also a bit relieved. Life can throw you a curveball when you least expect it. I will do my best to maintain my diet, but right now, all I want is a bowl of guacamole and some salty chips and a margarita.
I am sorry to unload here gang, I just feel very alone right now and a bit scared.

Hi everyone. Just wanted to drop in to say hello! It has been a week from the underworld! I am back to work after travelling for almost three weeks and BAD things happened while I was out! My work computer crashed, so I came back to a new PC and lovely flat screen, but now I have no favorites in my email, some documents, but no Outlook contact book for emails...I have been spending the week putting it all back together.
I am back on the detox phase of Fat Smash, not for any reason other than loving the fresh fruits and veggies that I can get right now here in Maryland at roadside stands and at the grocery store. I am working out religiously again and feeling great about myself. I am back on the Farina in the morning! I add a banana and Splenda brown sugar and it tastes like creme brulee or banana foster. Try it!
Life is good and I am glad to be home. In one month, I will be back on the road heading to Dallas!

I am not even going to comment on the week that I have had...this is all you are going to get...you try to make me go back to detox phase one and I say no, no, no...yes, I've been bad but when I come back I say no no no....
I will not mention the creme brulee...the crab cake eggs benedict from a fabulous Malibu brunch...the Asian curry that I have never had before and LOVED...the delicious California Cobb salads (oh my gosh...let me tell you...) the black and white pasta with creamy garlic shrimp from this fabulously chic restaurant in Santa Monica...the good thing...I have entered the confessional...and okay...I have been a bad bad smasher...forgive me friends...I will get back on track!

Oh my God...these LA people are beautiful! There are lovely people everywhere I look!!
Things are going okay here...I can usually handle myself at breakfast and lunch, but dinner is difficult, so I do portion control with food and drinking red wine as it seems the better option!
Off to my meeting...hollah!
