checked my BMI at 190.5 lbs. The results?
Your BMI is: 36 You are in the SEVERELY OBESE weight range.
Sigh.

Next levels:
Moderately Obese: 184 lbs (Mini goal is to lose 6 lbs by end of February to reach this.)
Overweight: 158 lbs
Normal: 132 lbs

I have to lose 6 lbs to be MODERATELY OBESE? What a goal! lol
By the looks of this BMI chart, I would still be overweight even when I reach my goal weight of 150 lbs. At this point, I'd be thrilled to be "overweight" rather than severely obese.
