Last Weekend was the worst I was so proud of myself for sticking to my diet for nearly to weeks. That on my fiance's birthday I decided that it wouldn't hurt to enjoy the first piece of cake I got, but when I bit down on that cake it was like my eyes opened wide and I haven't stopped eating up until yesterday I was still stuffing my face with all the things that i taught that I was missing. But today I August first and am trying not to have any cheat days for this whole month my birthday Is next month and my goal is to at-least lose 15 pounds. so am going to stick with my keto diet and hopefully hit the gym 3xweekly and I will see how it goes.

Last night I tried a new recipe which was keto mac and cheese, I had that with 4 oz of fried chicken breast in some coconut oil.And man oh man was that good at first I was a little hesitant with sadly no support from my fiance ( he told me that it would taste horrible and that he wouldn't even try it) but i still decided to give it a go and boy am I glad I did,that Is by far the best variation of cauliflower that I have ever tasted and when my fiance tried it after we had a nice talk he apologized and told me how good it was I made sure to leave some over for my lunch today so intermittent fasting is going to be really hard because I am so looking forward for it...if anyone is thinking about trying the recipe please do I still can't believe how I can eat this good and still lose weight.
