So I almost started crying a little today. But no worries, it was tears of joy! I was rereading my journal entries, and my goal for Halloween was 165 lbs for my Florida trip. Today, Sept 30th, I'm at that goal! So I have a full 28 days to lose a bit more weight and be down past my goal. This is so exciting! So little tears of joy sorta welled up in my eyes. I am one happy girl right now!

So I ended up buying 3lb weights for use on the 30 Day Shred and the NMTZ with Jillian. I never thought that one lb difference would make such a...difference! From my 2lbs to 3lbs is killing my arms. I am such a weakling! But I'm hoping that this does a little bit more. I was a little disappointed when I did my measurements and only lost like an inch in the bust, and non in the arms. Granted, my thighs dropped 10 inches each, but..arms..nothing? really? So hopefully this next month shows some change, especially since I'm going to try and follow Natalie, the more advanced workout girl on the Shred video. We shall see...
41 days til my trip down to Orlando. Here's hoping I'm pretty close to my goal!!

Oh Jillian....
well 30 Day Shred is kicking my butt, but in a good way. My elbows are definitely killing me from the walking push ups and all the planks. I can't do the high impact plank stuff all the way through, but I'm trying to do as much as I can, and then do whatever "Anita" is doing to carry me through. I want some amazing arms from this shiznit. After I'm done the 30 days, I'll start rotating it with the BFBM and NMTZ. Oct 28th, I want to look as amazing as possible. Added incentive is to buy custom jeans and a bolero jacket from Etsy!! Want the smallest measurements I can get. :D

I have never been so excited to get an exercise DVD in the mail. I ordered 3 of Jillian Michaels DVDs and can't WAIT to get started! Am totally going to do the 30 Day Shred tonight and I am committed to doing one of the videos a day, focusing on 30 Day Shred and Banish Fat/Boost Metabolism. Here's hoping that between these videos, an daily intake of 1600 calories, plus my 2 hours of walking per day helps the fat melt off me! I have 80 some days til October when I hit Florida to visit the boyfriend and I want to be transformed. I'm so excited for the improved me!

So I decided I needed to jump start my exercise. I do walking and swimming, but I feel that I need to do a little bit more for toning and cardio. I just went on Amazon and bought a Jillian Micheal three pack, the 30 Day Shred (which I am committed to doing every day for the month to see how it works), No More Trouble Zones and Burn Fat, Boost Metabolism. I am really excited to see how these work, and here's hoping that by October 28th, I am a lean mean toned machine!!!
