I am thrilled!!! 154.2...YES!!!! Slowly coming off, but it's a healthy weight loss with a realistic daily consumption of food that I can keep up when I accomplish my goal.

Ran 3 miles in 26:17 today....I was thinking about increasing my distance or continue running 3 miles for a better time/increase speed. Maybe next week I will increase my distance to 3.5 miles..til I hit 4 miles...then go back to 3miles..for speed.
