hey guys! in our new fridge we have this compartment thing and each member of our family gets to put their meal prep for the week so we don't eat each other's. mine's bottom right. this is really helpful so that I can have meals and snacks forwhen im busy.

Hey guys I thought I'd weigh because I haven't waited for a while. I did say I was going to ditch the scale because I was way over obsessive about it. but I thought I would do like three week check-ins. my first way in a while and I've lost a bit but this is also due to a lot of muscle gain as well. like I said the scale doesn't really say fat to muscle ratio. I do feel healthier and I can already see a physical difference in my appearance.

hey guys one another game again! volleyball and school has been going awesome! I went and got some coffee with my friends one day and then another day I went down to Safeway and me and my friends got some food, something I realized that I wanted to share was that can we just talk about how beautiful and good looking fruit and vegetables are! there are all so many bright colors and they look so fun to eat, the only thing that keeps us eating junk food is the marketing! and think about how corrupt marketing has to be in order for us to get certain foods. plus another thing I like to think about is how gross it makes me feel after I ate something that isn't healthy for me. I think this piece of information is going to help me a lot and will motivate me even more.

Won another game!!! 🏐🥳 Dealing with cravings🥺 but I pushed through felt like my favorite frozen meal, but I said no! I did have chips and chocolate today, although I'm doing intermittent fasting and Calorie Deflict I'm also just trying to eat whole too so yea.
